Change Your Life Affirmations

Change your life with these affirmations you can do for the week that will help you accomplish your goals with speed, ease, comfort and joy.

Writing each Week’s I Choose 7 times twice daily will help you believe them subconsciously with speed, ease, comfort and joy.

Week 1

Everyday this week I Choose to, say cancel, cancel to myself every-time I decide to visit my self-doubts of I can’t accomplish my goals with speed, ease, comfort and joy. Switching the I can’t to I can mentally with speed, ease, comfort and joy.

Week 2

Everyday this week I Choose to, visit the parts of my life where I have stuffed my self-doubts over the years – bringing them into the light of day.  I know by doing this I take away the darkness connected with my fears of self-doubts, setting myself free to enjoy the light of my positive inner thoughts.

Week 3

Everyday this week I Choose to,have a happy outlook on life, having a smile on my face, generating a happy song in my heart of I am OK. I know doing this blows away any negative energy that might be or come into my life.

WEEK 4

Everyday this week I Choose to, understand and accept that I am not alone. I came into this world connected to my Higher Power, which maintains the connection in spite of I can do it myself attitude at times. My Higher Power is always supporting me in accomplishing my goals with speed, ease, comfort and joy.

WEEK 5

Everyday this week I Choose to, say good things to myself, concerning my past positive accomplishments, giving myself the subconscious and conscious encouragement I need to move forward with speed, ease, comfort and joy.

Week 6

Everyday this week I Choose to, accept all of my motivational tools, as good friends, that I have learned and used over the years to accomplish my goals. I now naturally use the appropriate ones to accomplish win-win situations with speed, ease, comfort and joy.

WEEK 7

Everyday this week I Choose to, not only start the day with a smile on my face, a song in my heart, but feel the power of my Higher Power flowing through me, out into the world to draw to me the people and events that will support my goals with speed, ease, comfort and joy.

PS. If you can’t feel the power of your Higher Power – pretend you are – that will get the feeling flowing.

WEEK 8

Everyday this week I Choose to, say and do good things for myself and the people who I interact with no strings attached. I understand universal law will always be the primary energy mover in the universe – what I give will be returned to me 10 fold.

WEEK 9

Everyday this week I Choose to, learn from my mistakes of the past, using that information to propel myself forward rather than letting it overcome me into going backward creating and reliving old patterns.

WEEK 10

Everyday this week I Choose to, define the boundaries that govern my life,  accepting the knowledge and responsibility that I have the power to change them, so they support my accomplishing my goals with speed, ease, comfort and joy.

WEEK 11

Everyday this week I Choose to,  accept the responsibility that only I can put a positive spin on my life, accepting what I can conceive I can attain, maintain and expand with speed, ease, comfort and joy.

WEEK 12

This week I chose to understand the psychology of every situation I am in – by remembering what my Grandmother told me; “You can always tell whose bull is being gored by listening to how loud someone is speaking or yelling.  Or if they have withdrawn from the discussion”

Once I have determined why they think their bull is being gored – I know how to handle the deal in a more efficient manner to accomplish my goals with speed, ease, comfort and joy.
