Daze’ Says: Goals
It is time to think about what you are going to do this fall.
List 3 goals that you can accomplish within 3 months.
Now sit down put your feet flat on the floor.
Roll your eyes upward until you are looking out the top of your head.
Breathing slowly, close your eyes (keeping them focused upward).
Continuing to breathe slowly – see each of your goals completed.
When you have accomplished your goals, take that one out, replacing it with another.
You will start to be in control of your life, having fun.
