I have been in Stage Hypnosis School all week. I took it 10 years ago. As you know I had a blood clot in my left lung in September, this was the first anything I had attended this week. (Also it is time for shots in my knees so I can walk pain free.)
What did I learn?
With persistency and consistency I could go to class every day.
I could adapt to the circumstances of being on stage. I sat on a chair.
I learned a new way of thinking. I was the oldest one in the class.
I could walk into The Orleans and the room, but that was it. So I took my lunch.
I know it doesn’t sound like much, but to me it was a great feat that I accomplished.
As a side note I was told the last thing you say to someone is the thing that sticks in you mind.
So no matter what is going on with you, everything you do is a great feat for you. Enjoy it and learn from it.
